Opportunity for an experienced hardware developer (3+ years’ experience preferred) to design and develop electrical systems and circuits of new products, with a focus on explosion-proof solutions.
- Degree in electrical engineering
- Circuit and circuit design knowledge
- Complex PCB design knowledge
- Confident oral and written English language skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, team player, but also able to work independently
- Experience in matching and testing circuits (preferred)
- Knowledge of Altium® Designer (preferred)
- Developing electrical parts and for new products, preparing schematics / PCB design and calculations for new products and creating simulations
- Developing cutting edge circuitry design, implementing ‘state of art’ solutions
- Validating the designed circuits / products for production, supporting manufacturing
- Prototype design and manufacturing
- Initial operation of the prototypes / new products
- Staying connected with contractor design firms for technical issues
- Documenting the materials used
- Ensuring that the new products conform to applicable standards (especially ATEX, IECEx)
- Preparing the documentation required for product manufacturing and certification
- Improving the electrical parts of our products based on quality/customer feedback, implementing corrective actions
- Active participation in internal and external product audits
