The Use Case demonstrates how iniTECH’s intrinsically safe mobile cart and drum lift and industry-specific software can be used with the Aegex10 Intrinsically Safe Tablet to more easily, quickly and accurately compound materials needed to make flavors, fragrances or chemicals. With both the Aegex and iniTECH devices certified for potentially explosive Class I, Division 1 hazardous areas, the tablet can be carried on the iniTECH mobile cart into the manufacturing facility rather than mixing inputs outside of the hazardous area. The Aegex tablet can confirm the correct raw materials to be used in each batch, and the cart can weigh the inputs onsite during pouring to ensure accurate mixes. The iniTECH software can be used on the Aegex tablet to verify inventory in real time and complete reporting onsite.
