Description

The Aegex Comprehensive Warranty period is:

  1. Three (3) years for the mobile device.
  2. The protection period starts upon customer’s receipt of the device.

Limitations on the Aegex Comprehensive Warranty

  1. It is not possible to extend the period of the coverage beyond Three (3) years.
  2. It is not possible to purchase new coverage once the existing programme has expired.
  3. Aegex may supply a new or refurbished product.
